TheWarsaw Spire Tower (building section A) has 49floors and isthe highest office tower inWarsaw. The office space is fully rented, among others toGoldman Sachs, Samsung, JLL and Mastercard. The average remaining termof the contracts(WAULT) equalsapprox. 4.6years.
